I was unsatisfied with this painting's composition so I went back in and reworked it after some time had passed. In order to do that I had to refind the color palette mixtures because I really liked them .  As I worked with the sweetness of the pink I combined it with raw umber which when mixed with white churned into a beautiful cream color. The painting reminds me of my early years growing up on a farm in Australia where sheep were shorn once a year and cows milk turned into butter daily.
